For licensed programs, if you are interested in receiving a copy of a statement of findings, which contains the results of a visit by a licensing coordinator from the Bureau of Child Care Licensing, please call the Bureau, within NH at 1-800-852-3345, ext. 4624, or outside NH at 603-271-4624. They will send you the most recent statement of findings for free, and any additional statements of finding for $2.50 each.
